Working Principle
The fermentation reactor consists of a cylindrical container with screw mixing blades and transmission components. The cylindrical design minimizes material movement resistance, while dual-direction rotating screws on the same horizontal axis create an efficient low-power mixing environment. Ribbon-shaped blades (double or triple configuration) facilitate material flow - outer spirals collect material from sides to center, while inner spirals transport material from center to sides, creating vortex currents that accelerate mixing and ensure complete fermentation.
