Working Principle
The waste composting reactor tower consists of cylindrical containers, screw mixing blades, and transmission components. The cylindrical structure ensures minimal resistance during material movement within the tank. Positive and negative rotating screws mounted on the same horizontal axis create a low-power, high-efficiency mixing environment.
The ribbon-shaped blades, typically double or triple configuration, facilitate material flow where outer spirals collect material from both sides toward the center, while inner layers transport material from the center outward. This creates multiple vortex flows that accelerate mixing speed and ensure complete fermentation.
