Working Principle
The composting reactor features a cylindrical container with screw mixing blades and transmission components. The cylindrical design minimizes material movement resistance, while the bidirectional rotating screws create an efficient mixing environment. Ribbon-shaped blades (double or triple configuration) transport materials from both sides to the center and from the center outward, generating vortex currents that accelerate mixing and ensure complete fermentation.
