The waste composting reactor tower consists of cylindrical containers, screw mixing blades, and transmission components. The cylindrical structure ensures low-resistance material movement while the positive and negative rotating screws create an efficient mixing environment. Ribbon-shaped blades transport materials from both sides to the center and vice versa, creating vortex currents that accelerate mixing and ensure complete fermentation.
Available in capacities ranging from 5-150 m³ with horizontal or vertical configurations to meet specific operational requirements.
