The disc granulator machine (also known as ball plate) features a complete circular arc structure with granulation rates exceeding 93%. Designed with three discharge ports for efficient discontinuous production, this equipment significantly reduces labor intensity while improving operational efficiency.

Working Principle
Raw material powder is mixed evenly with water, then transported into the rotating disc. As the disc rotates, the material gradually forms spherical granules through continuous rolling action. Once reaching the predetermined diameter, granules discharge from the pan for further processing.
