Operation Principle
The granulator operates through an electric motor that drives belts and pulleys, transmitting power to the driving shaft via a speed reducer. Open gears on the drive shaft engage with large toothed rings fixed on the machine body, ensuring synchronized operation. Material enters from the feed end and undergoes granulation through the tube's specialized internal structure before exiting at the outlet. Continuous material input combined with the granulator's rotation enables high-volume production.
