Compact Double Roller Granulator - Dry Granulation Technology
The compact double roller granulator utilizes advanced dry granulation technology to transform raw materials into uniform granules through high-pressure counter extrusion. This efficient process eliminates the need for drying, reducing energy consumption and operational costs.
Working Principle
Raw materials are fed into the hopper and undergo counter extrusion forming through high-pressure roller bodies. After demoulding, materials flow to the crushing bin where they are processed by synchronized crushing rollers. Finished particles are sifted through screens and discharged through the output trough.
Drive System
Motor-driven pulley systems transmit power through reducers to sliding mold shells with high-pressure rollers. DZJ-Ⅰ models feature counter gear interaction between rollers, while DZJ-Ⅱ models utilize dedicated reducers on output shafts for direct roller drive.
