The fermentation reactor features a cylindrical design with screw mixing blades and transmission components. Dual or triple ribbon-shaped blades create efficient mixing - outer spirals move material from sides to center, while inner spirals transport material from center to sides. This creates vortex flow patterns that accelerate mixing speed and ensure complete fermentation within 10 hours.
