Production Process Overview
Raw Material Preparation
Raw materials including urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, and potassium sulfate are proportionally mixed according to soil test results and market requirements.
Mixing & Granulation
Materials are thoroughly blended to ensure uniform fertilizer efficiency before being transferred to the granulator. Both drum granulators and extruding granulators can be utilized.
Drying & Cooling
Granules are dried to remove moisture, increasing strength and storage stability. Subsequent cooling prevents clumping and facilitates packaging.
Classification & Coating
Cooled particles are graded, with non-conforming granules crushed and reprocessed. Qualified products receive coating for enhanced brightness and roundness.
