High-quality industrial pan granulator designed for efficient organic fertilizer production with adjustable disc angle and precise granulation control.
Working Principle
The disc granulator features an overhead water spray system that creates fine mist for optimal moisture distribution. Raw materials enter the rotating disc via conveyor belt and are lifted upward as the disc rotates, then fall to the lowest point where water mist is added. This continuous rotation and moisture application process gradually forms uniform granules.
The innovative angle adjustment mechanism allows precise control over granule size by modifying the disc tilt angle from 35° to 50°. Qualified granules naturally float to the surface and are discharged along the disc tangent into the conveyor feed bin for the next processing stage.
