Particle Shape Options
The roller extrusion granulator offers multiple ball socket shapes including pillow shape, semi-circular pellet, rod shape, tablet shape, walnut shape, oblate spherical shape, and square bar shape, with oblate spherical being the most commonly used configuration.
Working Principle
Motor-driven operation through belt and pulley system transmits power to the driving shaft via reducer, synchronized with driven shaft through split gear for opposite-direction operation. Material enters through hopper, forms through roller pairs, demoulds and pellets, then transfers through chains to crushing sieve studio where finished particles are separated and returned material mixes with new feed for continuous granulation.
