Automatic SS304 fine grain powder grinder hammer mill pulverizer machine​

Our BS hammer mill is widely applied in industries of food,medicial,chemical...etc.And we have sold this machine to many countries,such as America,Canada,Australia,Poland,India,Netherlands,Bahrain...etc.

This machine is composed of three parts: frame, mill chamber and feeding part. There is one moveable cutter head on the principal axis. And one fixed gear ring is installed in the mill chamber. Under the gear ring, there is the screen.

Working method:

When the principal axis works on high speed, the moveable cutter head runs together. The materials are impacted, rubbed, cutted by the fixed gear ring and moveable hammer. And materials also collide with each other. Under the combined effects, they are crushed into powder.The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the mill chamber. And the fineness can be adjusted by changing screens of different meshes. (It also can change the speed to adjust fineness.)
