Raw material enters the grinding chamber through the feed hopper, where it is impacted by high-speed rotary cutters and thrown against fixed liners. The material undergoes bouncing and shearing actions. A high-speed fan blade adjacent to the grinding chamber generates positive pressure airflow, facilitating powder movement through screens into the cyclone. Superfine powder is collected in the pulse dust collecting box, ensuring zero waste and dust-free production.
