This professional spice powder making machine is constructed from food-grade SS304 stainless steel and operates with remarkably low noise levels. Designed for efficient pulverization of various spices including chili, pepper, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, garlic, star anise, cloves, turmeric, ginger, and other materials with high oil or fiber content.
Working Principle
Materials are crushed through high-speed relative motion between movable hammer knives and fixed discs. Particles smaller than the screen mesh size pass through via centrifugal force, while larger particles continue grinding. The system includes blower-assisted powder transfer to cyclone separation and dust collection, ensuring dust-free continuous operation.
