The BSP ultra-fine pulverizer represents advanced grinding technology with stable performance, low noise, energy efficiency, adjustable fineness (60-2500 mesh), and minimal temperature rise. This industrial-grade machine is ideal for processing sugar, edible powders, Chinese herbal medicine, spices, and similar materials.
System Configuration
Complete system includes crusher unit, cyclone separator, dust collector, blower, and electric control box. Integrated air classification allows precise particle size adjustment and prevents over-grinding.
Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber via dosing feeder and undergoes high-speed impact, shearing, and grinding. Centrifugal force from classification wheel and fan directs powder to classification zone, where qualified particles are collected by cyclone and bag dust collectors, while oversized particles continue grinding.
