Product Description
The BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is a professional industrial grinding system consisting of main machine, auxiliary machine, and electric control box. This advanced equipment features wind selection technology without sieve or net, ensuring uniform granularity of processed materials.
Working Principle
Material enters the grinding chamber via funnel and spiral conveyor where it undergoes shearing and breaking by high-speed rotating blades. The processed powder passes through the guide ring into the classification chamber, where centrifugal and air forces separate particles based on size. Oversized particles return to the grinding chamber for reprocessing, while properly sized particles proceed to cyclone separator and bag-type collector via negative pressure wind conveyance.
