Product Description
The BSC coarse crusher is engineered for processing hard and difficult-to-crush materials across multiple industries including Chinese herbal medicines, food processing, agricultural products, and chemical applications. This versatile machine effectively handles materials regardless of viscosity, hardness, softness, or fiber content, delivering consistent pulverizing performance.
Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft via V-belt and pulley, moving the movable jaw in a predetermined trajectory. The movable jaw periodically reciprocates toward the fixed jaw, crushing materials through compression, splitting, and bending actions. When the jaws separate, materials smaller than the discharge opening automatically fall out, while larger materials remain for further crushing cycles until all processed material is discharged.
