Product Description
The BSU universal crusher is a multifunctional fine powder mill grinder designed for industrial applications across pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing sectors. This versatile machine efficiently processes various materials including crystalline substances, spices, and grains, delivering consistent particle sizes from 10 to 120 mesh.
Working Principle
The machine operates using a high-speed rotating mechanism featuring a movable groove plate on the main shaft with three movable gear rings. A fixed slotted disc mounted on the door contains two fixed toothed rings with steel teeth. As the spindle rotates at high speeds, the movable slot plate simultaneously rotates, propelling materials into the hammer gap. Crushing is achieved through comprehensive impact, cutting, and friction between materials and gears. Finished products are screened and discharged into collection bags, while coarse particles continue the crushing cycle.
