The BSST sifting machine is engineered for precision screening applications across multiple industries. Constructed with food-grade stainless steel 304 throughout all material contact surfaces, this equipment ensures sanitary operation with excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
Working Principle
This vibrating sifter utilizes a motor connected via rubber flexible shaft joint to the main shaft, which features eccentric vibration blocks on both sides. The hanging screen box connects to the machine base through a rubber anti-vibration frame. The non-linear rubber compliance connection between vibrator and frame allows for adjustable screening fineness by modifying phase angle blocks. This dual-force system subjects materials to both horizontal and vertical centrifugal forces, creating multiple movement patterns for optimal screening efficiency.
