ZKS Vacuum Feeding Machine for Powder Materials
Our ZKS vacuum feeding machine represents advanced vacuum conveying technology for powder materials and powder-granular mixtures. This automated system efficiently transports various materials to mixing machines, packaging equipment, injection molding machines, and grinders while reducing operational costs and eliminating powder pollution.
System Components
The complete system includes vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free), stainless steel suction tube, flexible hose, PE or SUS316 filter, compressed air cleaning device, pneumatic discharging mechanism, vacuum hopper, and automatic level control system. Engineered to meet GMP standards, this equipment is ideal for food processing and pharmaceutical applications.
Working Principle
When compressed air activates the vacuum generators, negative pressure creates vacuum airflow that transports materials through the feeder port to the silo. The hopper filter completely separates materials from air. Once the silo reaches capacity, the controller automatically cuts off the gas supply, stopping the vacuum generators while the silo door opens to discharge materials into the receiving hopper. Simultaneously, compressed air cleans the filter via pulse reverse valve. The system repeats this cycle automatically based on timer settings or level sensor signals.
