Industrial Superfine Powder Mill Machine
BSP ultra-fine pulverizer delivers exceptional performance in processing various materials including grains, herbs, spices, and chemical compounds with fineness up to 2500 mesh.
Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber via dosing feeder and undergoes high-speed impact, shearing, and grinding between rotating units and stator grinding teeth. Centrifugal force from the classification wheel and fan directs powder to the classification zone, where qualified powder is collected by cyclone and bag dust collectors, while oversized particles continue grinding.
