Operating Principle
Raw material enters the milling chamber via hopper using a screw feeder. High-speed rotating cutters and gear rings perform cutting and shearing actions to complete pulverization. An integrated air classifying device separates powders by size, with adjustable RPM for precise particle size control. Classified powders proceed to the cyclone unit for discharge, while fine dust is captured by the dust collector for recycling.
