Product Overview
The BSP ultra-fine pulverizer offers stable technical performance, low noise operation, minimal energy consumption, high processing efficiency, adjustable fineness control, and low temperature rise during operation. Ideal for processing sugar, edible powders, Chinese herbal medicine, spices, and various grain materials.
Working Principle
Material is evenly fed into the grinding chamber via the feeding system, where it undergoes strong impact from high-speed rotating grinding discs. Simultaneously subjected to centrifugal force and collisions with grinding ring gears, the material experiences comprehensive forces including shearing, friction, and impact to achieve finished grinding. Ground material moves to the classification zone with airflow, where frequency-controlled classifiers separate coarse and fine materials. Products meeting fineness requirements enter cyclone collectors and dust collectors, while coarse powders return for secondary grinding.
