Working Principle
Material is evenly conveyed to the milling chamber where high-speed rotating beaters impact and pulverize it against grinding tracks. Centrifugal force and multiple pulverization mechanisms work together to create fine powder. The milled powder flows upward to the classifying chamber where an adjustable classifier wheel separates coarse and fine particles. Qualified fine powder passes through the wheel vane into collection systems, while unqualified material returns to the milling chamber for reprocessing.
