Industrial Ultra-Fine Powder Grinder Mill
BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is a sieve-free grinding machine designed to process materials into fine powder ranging from 60 to 2500 mesh. This versatile equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing industries for various applications including icing sugar, cassava, and yam flour production.
Working Principle
Raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber through a hopper via spiral feeder. High-speed cutters perform cutting and shearing actions, after which the material is transported to the whirlwind separator and sack dust collector using negative pressure suction. The dust collection system ensures no airborne particles during operation, with collected material recycled through cloth bags.
