Multifunctional Seaweed Ultra Fine Powder Making Machine

BSP seaweed powder making machine is made up of crusher, cyclone, dust collector, blower and electric control box with the capabilities of winnowing, non-sieve or mesh, equality of granule size, and continuous processing etc. It meets the international advanced level and is suitable for the material grinding by the trade of pharmaceutics, chemical, and foodstuff etc.

Working method:

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiral feeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the material is moved into the whirlwind separator and the sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method, the ejection material meets the product requirement.

Main components:

1. Pulse Dust Collecting box:dust is collected inside the dust collecting box.Inside box, there are many dust collecting bags and the bag frames are also made of stainless steel and can be disassembled easily.With pulse-jet cleaning, dust can be collected very conviniently.

2. Crusher part:The left motor is crush motor,and the right motor is classfifier motor.It adopts a small screw feeder, make sure feed speed is even and controllable.
4.Cyclone part:cyclone can seperate dust from powder(granules).Rotary valve make powder discharge speed even,and is also made of stainless steel.It is convinent to clean and dismantle.
