This is the BS series high-speed small hammer mill produced by our company. Small portable hammer mill can be widely used in medicine, chemical, food and other industries. When grinding spices, the grinding effect is good, most of the spice powder can reach 30-40 mesh. Suitable for powder processing in food, medicine, chemicals, spices, wheat, rice, pepper, medicinal materials, leaves and other industries
The material is crushed by cutting and grinding with high-speed knives. Different types of knives can be selected according to the material and particle size.
Working Method:
The machine consists of three parts: frame, mill and feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the spindle. A fixed gear ring is installed in the workshop. There is a barrier under the tooth ring. When the spindle is working at high speed, the movable cutter head runs together. Use fixed ring and movable hammer to impact, rub and cut the material. There are also collisions between matter. Under the combined effect, they are pressed into powder.
The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the mill chamber. By changing the screen of different grids, the fineness can be adjusted.
