BSP grinders herb electric is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, fan, electrical control box, etc. It has the functions of dust selection, no screen, no net, uniform particle size and continuous processing. Main Components:
(1) The left motor is pulverizing motor and the right motor is grading motor. Small screw feeder is adopted to ensure the uniform and controllable feeding speed.
(2) The material enters into the grinding chamber through a screw conveyor, which is sheared and grinded by a fast rotating blade. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
(3) The rotary valve makes the powder discharge speed uniform. The rotary valve is also made of stainless steel, which is easy to clean and disassemble.
(4) Dust is collected in the dust collecting box.
