BSP electric herbal grinder is composed of crusher, cyclone separator, dust collector, fan, electric control box and other components. It has the ability of selection and screening, uniform particle size and continuous processing. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical, industrial raw material crushing, food and other industries.
Working method:
Raw materials are transported to the grinding chamber by spiral feeder and hopper, cut by high speed cutting machine, and inhaled by negative pressure cyclone separator and bag-type dust collector. Therefore, BSP grinder herbal machine can produce super fine powder, can be used as a fine powder mill.
Main components:
1. Pulse ash box: collect dust in the ash box. There are several dust bags in the packing box. The bag rack is made of stainless steel, easy to disassemble. It is very convenient to use pulse jet cleaning.
2.Crusher part: the left motor is the crushing motor, the right motor is the grading motor. Small screw feeder is adopted to ensure uniform and controllable feeding speed.
3.The material enters the grinding chamber through a screw conveyor, where it is cut and ground by rapidly rotating blades. The powder enters the grading chamber through the guide ring.
4.Cyclone separation part: cyclone separation can separate dust and powder (particles). It is made of stainless steel powder with uniform speed. Easy to clean and disassemble.

(2) there is a water-cooled sleeve around the mill, and the bearings cool the machine.
(3) there is no dust in the production process, and the dust can be collected in the dust box.
(4) without Sieving, the particle size can be changed by changing the speed, and the powder particles are even.
