Material enters the grinding chamber through the hopper where high-speed rotating grinding discs/hammers impact the product, throwing it against the fixed ring gear. Through repeated impact, cutting, and friction, particle size is progressively reduced. Under negative pressure from the fan and impeller, fine powder is conveyed to the cyclone separator and discharged through the screen and piping system, while the pulse dust collector captures residual dust.
