Working method:
The machine consists of a frame, a crushing chamber and a feeding part. There is a movable cutter head on the main shaft, a fixed ring tooth is arranged in the crushing cavity, and a screen is arranged under the ring tooth. When the main shaft rotates at a high speed, the movable cutter head rotates, and the material is subjected to the impact and friction between the fixed ring teeth and the movable hammer. Under the combined action of shearing, shearing and impact between materials, crushing is realized. The machine is simple in structure, durable, stable in operation, obvious in crushing effect, and convenient in maintenance. The crushed materials can be directly discharged from the crushing chamber of the main machine, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the mesh of different apertures. (The speed can also be adjusted to obtain the fineness of the finished product.)
