Precisely Measuring Parallel Gauge For Sanforizing Machine Rubber Belt

Parallel Gauge is specially designed and essential for precisely measuring the parallel between pressure rolls and heated cylinder, grinding rolls and pressure rolls and between water removal rolls. Superior construction, accurate and easy to use.

Instruction:

1. Put target rolls or cylinder on the machine and install on correct position.
2. Starting from one side of machine, using parallel gauge to measure the distance between target rolls or cylinder.
3. Loosening the knob on parallel gauge, then ensure top block will slide down to middle of parallel gauge along the guide rail.
4. Ensure two surfaces of parallel gauge are tangent with the surface of target rolls or cylinders.
5. Screw up the knob of parallel gauge, ensure top block fixed.
6. Take parallel gauge to another side of machine and put it into target area between rolls or cylinder.
7. Fine adjust the position of rolls or cylinder to ensure the surface of rolls or cylinders is tangent with the two surfaces of parallel gauge. That means target rolls or cylinders keep the same parallel with the one another side of machine.
8. Fixed target rolls or cylinder on the machine, finished the adjustment of parallel gauge on the machine.

Note:

Parallel gauge cannot be used when machine is running.

      Parallel gauge cannot be used when cylinder was heated.

      Make sure surfaces of rolls or cylinder are well clean.

      Parallel gauge can be handled with some tools but ensure that there is no any damage on the surface of parallel gauge.

      We recommend to process and measure the parallel between rolls or cylinders by worker with hands.
