1. Safety Precautions of 5kwh on grid off grid lithium battery

• It is very important and necessary to read the user manual carefully before installing or using the battery. Failure to follow any of the instructions or warnings in this document can result in electrical shock, serious injury, death, or may damage the battery and the whole system.
• If the battery is stored for a prolonged time, it is requirement that they are charged every three to six months, and the SOC should be no less than 80%.
• The battery needs to be recharged within 12 hours, after fully discharging.
• Do not expose cable outside.

4. Power connection of Lithium Battery Pack 48V 100Ah
Let’s take 2 batteries for example, use an additional junction box (not included in the standard pack) to combine the power flow of both batteries:

 

1. First refer to chart below to define master level and slave level battery
2. Connect master battery’s positive pole to J1 and negative pole to J3 of the junction box
3. Connect slave battery’s positive pole to J2and negative pole to J4
4. Connect J5 with inverter’s positive pole
5. Connect J6 with inverter’s negative pole
6. Add suitable isolators when necessary

6. MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY

• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
• Do not dispose of it in fire.
• Do not disassemble or reassemble this unit.
• Do not store the unit for a long time under power loss.
• Do not cover the unit with towels, clothing and other items, so as not to affect heat dissipation.
• This unit is designed for temporary outdoor and emergency use only. It cannot replace normal alternating current supply.
• This unit provides a modified sine wave output, when with inductive load such as fan, there may be some working noise. This is normal.
