Water passes through filtration, pumping, and deoxygenation processes. Atomized water under vacuum conditions effectively removes oxygen, enhancing CO2 dissolution and extending beverage shelf life.
Syrup enters through filtration and pumping systems into vacuum-sealed tanks, preventing air contamination with automatic level control.
Deoxygenated water and syrup mix through adjustable proportional valves, then immediately cool to 0-3°C via plate heat exchangers. Carbon dioxide injection with adjustable dissolution rates creates perfectly carbonated soda stored in high-pressure insulated tanks.
