Vibrating Screening Machine

The discharge vibrating sieve is a new type of screening machine with two kinds of single vibration source and double vibration source, mainly used for removing impurities, loose in the process of powder production line.

On one side of the vibration, the body installed one set of horizontal vibrating motors, or on both sides installed with vibrating motors. Through the horizontal vibration motor up and down both ends unbalanced eccentric hammer produces exciting force, due to the vibration motor rotation, the screen surface part do three-dimensional vibration in a horizontal, vertical, inclined direction, making large under size material rapidly through the mesh, then through the discharging mouth vertically into the next process. Adjusting the angle of the eccentric block on both ends of the vibrating motor, can achieve different exciting forces, reach different effects, and meet the best screening effect of various proportion materials.
