The steam matpreheater belt is primarily used in the steam pre-heater processing section of Wood Based Panel Manufacturing Lines. Through external pressure, high-temperature water vapor quickly penetrates the slab interior, uniformly and instantly heating the entire slab, which can shorten board production time, improve efficiency, and save energy.

• High temperature resistance: Maintains stable performance at 120-140℃, with some variants capable of withstanding up to 180°C long-term and 200°C short-term.
• Excellent air permeability: Fabric structures with high-efficiency through holes maximize steam heat energy utilization for rapid slab heating.
• Anti-fouling properties: High-temperature coating treatment reduces clogging of colloids in fabric mesh.
• Dimensional stability: Heat setting treatment prevents excessive shrinkage or deformation during operation.
• High strength and hydrolysis resistance: Specialized materials ensure durability under high temperature and humidity conditions.

Available in polyester fiber or stainless steel construction. Polyester offers cost-effectiveness with flexibility and corrosion resistance, while stainless steel provides superior strength and temperature resistance. Woven from warp and weft threads with various texture structures (plain or twill fabrics) to meet specific breathability and strength requirements.

• Regular cleaning to remove wood chips and glue that may clog mesh holes
• Periodic inspection for wear, especially at edges and joints
• Proper control of steam spraying parameters (temperature, pressure, time)
