Product Description

The Type D Hydrapulper is mainly used in the paper and pulp industry for breaking waste paper and wet-strength paper. This equipment is fitted with P.S. Vokes rotor, which can strengthen the hydraulic cycle and fiber de-fibering and also perform continuous breaking with lower energy consumption.

The rotor deviates from the center of the trough body and through body structure is D-shape, which can make the contact between pulp and rotor quicker, with higher frequency. Thereby, on the condition of not increasing power and volume, capacity can be increased. The rotor and extraction disc are above the bottom plane of the trough body, thus, one low-pressure flow area can form around the rotor to gather heavy impurities, thereby the service life of the rotor and extraction plate can be extended.

2. The tank is made of welded steel, outside of the mouth is ultra high strength steel, which used to strengthen the tank, in the bottom of the cone have a deflector, which can make the paper pulp reflux circulating. At the bottom of the tank is an impurity discharge outlet.
3. Pulper rotor and pulp tray are higher than the pulper groove bottom plane, which can reduce the pulper rotor and impurities contact, so that prolong life-span, preventing the twisted rope winding on the rotor.
