Product profile
Polyester Endless Belt, withstanding up to 200deg C, can be used on Storage Table for the extrusion handling system. Sometimes, due to the fast heat dissipation of small extrusion profiles, the temperature of Storage Table for light-duty production lines smaller than 800T has been down to 18deg C below. In this case, as a substitute for Nomex Endless Belt, using Polyester Endless Belt can save the cost for felt. Usually, Endless Belt for Storage Table will be relatively longer and sufficient tension members will enhance the tensile capacity. Besides, in order to avoid the profiles from friction during any process, Polyester Endless Belt will be used at the powder coating workshop as well.
