1. Sanforizing Felt DESCRIPTION

A sanforizing machine conveyor belt is used in Shrinking bottom wait and denim finishing plants. Made by blending our special hydrolysis resistant polyester fibers with acrylic, wool, and Heat resistant fibers.

Needle Sanforizing Felts are used on the palmer unit of the Sanforizing Machines or compressive shrinking rang (Zero-Zero machine). The Endless Needled Felts (Felt Blanket) is used in Finishing, Ironing, Lustering, Softening of the fabrics.

1. Misaligned----Our base cloth is used endless industrial silk. Testing report showed the misaligned rate is about ±3mm. enclosed our base cloth for your consideration

2. Shrinkage----The base cloth can control the shrinkage rate by 2.5%--3%.
