Complete paper manufacturing system designed for high-volume production of kraft paper, corrugated paper, liner paper, and paper carton materials with widths ranging from 1880mm to 4600mm.
Production Line Technology Flow
Advanced manufacturing process featuring: Air cushion headbox → double wire formation (top ply and base wire) → 750/φ800 suction pre-press → φ1320 double felt jumbo roll press → front drying section with 20 sets of Φ1800mm dryers (6+8+8 arrangement) → φ800/φ800 sizing machine → rear drying section with 6 sets of Φ1800mm dryers → double roll hard calender → horizontal rolls-type drum reeling machine.
