Guide roller used in paper, textile, printing and dyeing, iron and steel industry, from the drive guide, material selection, high-quality, seamless, roller surface coated rubber, composite, Copper or Chrome.
1.Paper Making Rolls surface covered rubber ,thickness is 10-12mm,rubber is from Stowe Woodward, or Chrome.
2. Shaft head:45#round steel, Bulkhead:HT250
3. Paper Making Rolls inside and outside surface will be processed.
4. We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roller.
5. After shaft head installed,we will do dynamic balance again.
6. The dynamic balance will be G1.6
