Batch melting and glass melting furnaces are heated by burning natural gas in gas burning equipment. The system is controlled by advanced and reliable DCS or PLC technology, with fuel combustion air ratio mixture optimized according to JEFFER's engineering expertise. All delivered combustion system utility stations are pre-assembled, tested, and commissioned in JEFFER factory to reduce installation time and minimize assembly errors.

Combustion Air System
The combustion air supply system provides air for the natural gas combustion process, with air flowing into the regenerator through the air reversing system. Combustion air is preheated in the regeneration tower before mixing with natural gas, achieving high efficiency waste heat recovery with preheating temperatures reaching 1200-1350°C.
