The materials used for glass making are called glass raw materials. Based on the different quantities and functions, the materials are divided into main raw materials and auxiliary ones.

Reasonable granularity composition of raw materials can reduce the chemical component fluctuation to the lowest limit and increase the mixing homogeneity of batched glass materials, which is beneficial to improve the melting rate of the materials and homogenizing speed of glass liquid.JEFFER are proficient in design and supply various batch plant according to product characteristics, site conditions, and the customer's budget and requirements. 4. Arrangement type of batch plant

• In-Line type

Silos arrange on one line.
The materials convey to mixer by belt conveyor after discharge from the scale hopper.
The mixing room is separatly arranged.
Material loading system is arranged on one line.

• Tower-type

Mixer, scales and silos are vertically arranged.
The scales are connected with the mixer directly.
The material loading system for big capacities of batch need to load the materials from various directions.
