Glass Melting Process Stages
  • Silicate Formation: Solid phase reactions during heating release gaseous products, creating opacity sinter from silicate and SiO2
  • Glass Liquid Formation: Sinter melts into flint glass liquid with bubbles, requiring chemical homogenization
  • Clearing: Continuous heating reduces viscosity, eliminates visible bubbles from the liquid pool
  • Homogenization: Complex process involving physical, chemical, and physicochemical reactions transforming raw materials into uniform glass liquid
Main Production Equipment
Gob Feeder / Serve Gob Feeder

Features adjustable shear angle between RH30°-LH90°, compatible with S.G, D.G, and T.G. glass types

I.S. Machine

Standard glass production equipment with multiple gobs and sections. Supports various combustion types and annealing lehr specifications. High-precision machining ensures operational stability and reliability.

Press Machine

Utilizes continuous cam sections, pneumatic mold clamping (5 bar compressor air), air cylinder scoop control with glass rejection capability. Equipped with SMC electric valves and regulators, plus adjustable gob position delivery system for different section modes.

Transfer Ware

Designed for rapid, stable transfer of glass products from I.S. machine or press machine to cross conveyor, optimized for high-speed production lines.

Cross Conveyor

Installed at annealing lehr entrance for cross-conveying glass products, coordinates with stacker for lehr loading.

Stacker

Pushes glass products from cross conveyor into annealing lehr. Features inverter-adjusted pushing speed and digital counter-controlled pushing quantities.

Annealing Lehr

Continuous annealing system for tableware, bottles, cans, and glass products. Electric heating with continuous proportionate automatic control. Temperature precision: ±1℃, maximum temperature: 630℃. Belt drive with stepless speed regulation via inverter frequency control.

Packing Devices

Comprehensive packing solutions accommodating various domestic glass product packaging types.
