Properties:

The product is no rules structure of the saturated thermoplastic resin, its appearance is white powder; it can be mixed and used with PVC, evidently increasing the impact resistance strength in lower temperature, flame resistance, ageing resistance and flexure performance.

CPE135A mainly used in products such as window profiles, pipes, pipefittings, extrusion board, and also used in magnetic materials, such as magnetic rubber strips and all type of flattened magnet.

Use:

CPE has two series of thermoplastic resin and elastomer rubber. The thermoplastic CPE resin can be used alone to produce electric cable and waterproof roll etc. It also can be used as impact modifier blended with polyvinyl-chloride(PVC)polyethylene (PE) polypropylene(PP) polystyrene(PS) ABS or polyurethane(PU) etc. The elastomer CPE rubber shows both the elasticity of rubber and the resistance to oil chemicals heat cold and flame etc. Of plastics. The CPE as a special rubber with high performance can be used alone for rubber industry. It also can be used as modifier and solubilizer of general-purposed synthetic rubber blended with EPDM LIR NBR or CSM etc. So it can be used to produce flame retarded sheath of wire and cable conveyer belt rubber tubes waterproof roll rubber and seal with car etc.
