The product produced with this process is good in flexibility, smooth in molecular chain, few non-plastified particles and feels like rubber. The neutralization process is omitted so that the product is free of salt and has higher purity and whiteness. The adjustment of the process parameter will enable various types of products for different applications.
Performance:
It is white powder and innocuous. Since hydrogen atoms are replaced by chlorine atoms , the crytallization of HDPE was destroyed and becomes soft and full of rubber property. Because of the presence of chlorine atom, CPE turns into polar polymers and have the same polar groups as PVC. Under this situation, it increases the compatibility of PVC. In addition, it can blend with PE, PS and rubber to improve its physical properties.
Examples of Application:
Widely used in PVC plastic profile, sheet, pipe, pipe fittings, waterproof membrane, wire and cable sheathing, sealing, PVC laminated and extension of various plastics and rubber products.
