The CPVC resin is made by chlorination modification of PVC resin and is one advanced engineering material. After chlorination, the irregularity of molecular bond of the PVC resin and the polarity of molecular chain increase, the dissolvability and chemical stablility of the resin also increase, and accordingly improve the heat resistance and resist the corrosion of acid, caustic, salt and oxidant etc.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
1.The first times to mix the raw materials with additives
2.To reduce the temperature of the first mixed materials
3.The second times to blend the raw materials with heat temperature.
4.The well mixed materials go to the heat extruding machineby some pieces of mesh screen to avoid the impurity.
5.Cut the uniform plasticization materials into pellets by another pieces of mesh screen.
6.Reduce the pellet temperature by the wind
7.The pellets are sieved and flow to the poly-bag.
