CPE-135A is our primary chlorinated polyethylene product manufactured from low voltage high density polyethylene. This white solid powder serves as a key PVC impact modifier with dual plastic and rubber characteristics, offering exceptional weatherability, oil resistance, ozone resistance, flame resistance, and excellent compatibility with various plastics and rubber materials.
