Liquid ca zn heat stabilizer for gloves with SGS
LC-1699 is the lead free mixed metal liquid stabilizers and replacement of lead based stabilizers for soft PVC applications. The combination of metal salts leads to effective stabilization in PVC processing stability and long term stability. Due to regulation making complete ban on LEAD stabilizers in many countries in specific applications it would make sense to shift to Ca-Zn based stabilizers for your applications. Our liquid Form Mixed PVC Stabilizer for Films have good thermal stability and processing performance, reasonable formulation and excellent dispersion. It can obviously reduce the color different of the granular material and enhance the surface smoothness and electrical property and raise the rate of extrusion.
