Production:The multi-stage pressure-reducing valve is suitable for occasions where the pressure difference is large, which is easy to produce, flashing, and cavitation. According to the requirements of the working conditions, multiple different porous cage sleeves are designed to form a multi-stage pressure-reducing valve. It makes the fluid consume the internal energy of the high-speed medium from the first cage in contact with it, reducing the flow rate. Because the inner part is composed of multiple cages, the pressure reduction process is gradually reduced, so that the medium is always above its saturated vapor pressure, eliminating the possibility of cavitation. The standard configuration is an unbalanced single-seat valve core. The valve core and seat are hardened, which effectively prolongs the service life of the internal parts. For large-caliber multi-stage pressure reducing valves, a unique balanced single-seat valve core structure can be selected.
